Presentation of the OWL Observation and Warning Land Radar sensor at the BELCOAST 2009
exhibition of critical infrastructure protection systems

From October 6th till 16th, in the military base Koksijde (Belgium), the BELCOAST 2009 - an exhibition arranged by NATO - was held. An event was focused at problems concerning critical infrastructure security - especially enforcing the protection of military objects - mainly command posts, military bases, airfields and harbours.

Live demonstrations, arranged during exhibition, created an opportunity to present test operation of the OWL Observation and Warning Land Radar, which is a product designed jointly by specialists of RADWAR and Military Institute of Armament Technology. Diversified lie of the land, which was an area of demonstrations (airfield, beach) made possible to check the OWL sensor operation in different, also very harsh, conditions. Demonstrations aroused a vivid interest of the event participants.
