Participation in the EUROSATORY 2008 fair

From June 16th to 20th, the representatives of our company took participation in the EUROSATORY 2008 international fair of military equipment in Paris. More than one thousand exhibitors (including twenty Polish companies) from 53 countries demonstrated their products. At a joint BUMAR Group stand Radwar presented its OWL observation and warning radar sensor together with mock-ups of the N-26 radar, LOARA system in a gun and missile version as well as the KOBRA AA system.
The stand of BUMAR Group enjoyed the high interest of visitors. Our stand had been visited by representatives of the Polish government and Armed Forces, led by the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Defence Mr Zenon Kosiniak-Kamysz - responsible for armament and technical modernisation, Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Economy Mr Dariusz Bogdan and Director of the Armament Policy Department in the Ministry of Defence Gen Andrzej Duks. Besides, our stand had been visited by many foreign visitors.
The EUROSATORY fair created also opportunity for numerous meetings of Radwar specialists with foreign companies - such as MBDA, Saab, SAGEM, RHEINMETALL, THALES and ZEISS.
From the equipment presented by Radwar, the LOARA AA system in a missile version and N-26 3D radar enjoyed the highest interest of visitors. The OWL observation and warning radar sensor had been interesting for the companies dealing with the border protection systems and equipment for special forces.
Participation in the EUROSATORY fair created excellent opportunity for recognition of the latest trends in the military equipment production - as almost all important world companies engaged in that market took participation in the fair.
