Description

Portable observation and warning radar can be used by the security units of the border guard, police, special forces or other teams as:

• an element of the particular area protection system,
• an observation & warning device designed to detect and signal the moving objects appearance in the area under surveillance.

Its light weight, portability and easiness of installation in any conditions create a possibility of radar application for protection of the borders, specific areas or particular facilities. Its operation modes provide a search of the azimuth full angle, two azimuth sectors or selected direction only.
Wireless communication between radar and any computer enables its application as a detector in the system or operation as an autonomous device. Equipment has been designed to satisfy domestic requirements and meets the binding standards which are mostly compatible with the NATO standards.
The device has been designed by the Military Institute of Armament Technology and manufactured in cooperation with the Scientific-Industrial Centre of Professional Electronics RADWAR SA
